ContempBALLET is a one-hour dance session that blends the elegance of Ballet with the expressive freedom of Contemporary Dance and focuses on the fundamentals of Ballet that help improve posture and dance techniques.

The session builds your confidence and teaches you how to sculpt beautiful shapes and lines with a dance choreography taught over three weeks.
The session is open to all levels and is ideal for beginners looking to try out both Contemporary Dance and Ballet in a single session. Contemporary and Ballet dancers looking to apply their dance knowledge are able to refine their techniques through the session.
