SPACECUBOID Gym Studio Membership Agreement

1. Personal Data Consent
1.1 I consent to SPACECUBOID Gym Studio ("the Studio") collecting, using, and disclosing my personal data for purposes including but not limited to:- Class bookings and scheduling- Informing instructors of my health conditions or limitations- Notifying me of class changes, cancellations, or Studio updates- Marketing and promotional communications (opt-out available)

‍1.2 I grant the Gym Studio the right to use my image, likeness, or video recordings for publicity, advertising, or social media, without compensation.

‍2. Health & Liability Waiver
2.1 I confirm that I am in good physical condition and have no known disabilities or medical conditions that would prevent me from participating safely in classes. I agree to consult a physician before engaging in strenuous activity.

‍2.2 Assumption of Risk: I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation, including but not limited to:- Injury, illness, paralysis, or death- Property damage or loss- Negligence by the Studio, its staff, or other participants

‍2.3 Release of Liability: I hereby waive all claims against SPACECUBOID Gym Studio, its affiliates, employees, or agents for any injury, loss, or damage arising from my participation, including those caused by negligence (where permitted by law).

‍2.4 Indemnification: I agree to hold the Gym Studio harmless and indemnify it for any claims, legal fees, or costs resulting from my actions, negligence, or violations of Studio policies.

‍3. Medical & Financial Responsibility
3.1 I acknowledge that the Gym Studio does not provide medical insurance and agree to bear all costs of medical treatment in the event of an injury.

‍3.2 I am liable for damages to equipment or facilities caused by my willful misconduct, neglect, or recklessness.

‍4. Membership Terms
4.1 Non-Refundable Memberships:- All membership fees are final and non-refundable.- In case of Gym Studio closure (permanent or temporary), no refunds or compensation will be issued for unused membership periods.

‍4.2 Cancellation and Termination: The Gym Studio reserves the right to terminate my membership for violations of its conduct policies.

‍5. General Provisions
5.1 Governing Law: This Agreement is governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved in the courts of Singapore.

‍5.2 Amendments: The Studio reserves the right to update these terms without notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
