Terms and Conditions

1. Newcomers and first-timers are defined as people who have never attended a session at SPACECUBOID Gym Studio before

3. Prices reflected for all Session Packages, Premium Packages, Monthly Subscriptions, Unlimited Packages, 6 Week Bootcamps, and Personal Training/Private Coaching do not include transaction fee (3.4%+$0.5)

4. Non-recurring memberships such as Session Packs, Premium Packs, 6 Week Bootcamps and Personal Training/Private Coaching Packages can have transaction fees waived using PayNow to SPACECUBOID UEN:202019136M

5. Inform the studio to cancel all recurring memberships, such as Monthly Subscriptions and Unlimited Packages, before the package renewal date to avoid $50 transaction and processing fee charges when processing a refund

6. All recurring memberships, such as Monthly Subscriptions and Unlimited Packages, come with a one-time freeze ONCE every renewal period of 28 days (minimum of 7 days per freeze and up to 14 days only). All decisions are based on a case-to-case basis, and the studio decision is final

7. All 6 Week Bootcamp members who continuously renew their Premium 20 Session Monthly Subscription membership will enjoy a discounted rate of $100 from $580 to $480 per renewal. Once the recurring is cancelled, members will have to re-sign the 6 Week Bootcamp at $1160 to enjoy the discounted rate of $480 after completion

8. Non-recurring membership packages expire 28 days from the date of purchase and must be activated by booking a session within 28 days to avoid an administrative fee of $50 to reactivate

9. The expiration date for any non-recurring membership packages can be extended for 7 days, and an administrative fee of $50 will be charged

10. SPACECUBOID reserves the right to amend or make changes to the membership prices, expiration dates and terms & conditions for the membership at any time without giving prior notice
