Aiden was an artistic performer turned Fitness coach. He loves to commute in his Harley Davidson motorcycle to coach his day-to-day classes

Aiden Tan is a passionate coach on a continuous quest to blend the Dynamic of Exercise Science with the Art of Dance Expression. Given his wealth of knowledge and experience coaching clients and students from the fitness studios and dance academies. He has developed useful tools, exercises and ideas that can help an individual to progress and excel in their health, fitness and dance. His training in a wide array of genres such as Ballet, Contemporary Dance, Chinese Dance, Chinese Opera, Acrobatics, Taiji, and Martial Arts in his undergraduate studies at the Taipei National University of the Arts, as well as his experience as a Personal Trainer with the American Council Exercise, spurred the creation of his one of a kind workout program ContempFIT in 2022.

ContempFIT has become the signature program of SPACECUBOID and has certified 10 instructors in its 21-hour ContempFIT Instructor Certification Program, proving that SPACECUBOID's ContempFIT instructors are proficient in conducting a 1-hour non-stop ContempFIT session. Aiden loves teaching and coaching, from diverse age groups of 6 to 76 years old, to those with Special Needs, he enjoys sharing his love of dance with them, and is always open to feedback from them to assess the effectiveness of his programs. Aiden helps many clients with general fitness, weight loss and dance. and believes that having a good shape and a fit body is a by-product of enjoying the process of the workout, dance, and movement you do. He looks forward to having you train with us!
