"The instructions given for each exercise was very clear and easy to follow. The exercises taught were very beneficial in helping me feel and activate the various muscle groups. Supervision by instructor also ensured that my form was correct. The various exercises also helped me in finding my strength and balance for the eventual handstand. Aiden gave very clear instructions for each exercise, and explained the form and movement in detail as well, making it easy to follow and monitor my own form.
