Animal Flow is a ground-based movement made fun and challenging. This Quadrupedal Movement Training (QMT) system is a new form of exercise incorporating animal poses, transitions, and crawling patterns to improve fitness. The Animal Flow session begins with arms and core activation, followed by the specific skills needed to learn the Beginner/Intermediate Flow that will be taught over two weeks.
Using four limbs and manoeuvring between 2-4 points of contact on the floor enhances strength, power, flexibility, mobility, coordination, and body awareness.
